Strategic Fertility

— ABOUT STRATEGIC FERTILITY

Different answers than a standard 'normal labs' fertility visit.

Western medicine, functional medicine, and Traditional Chinese Medicine each see part of the fertility picture. We respect all three - and build our approach in the overlap, where no single school has to be the whole answer.

— FOUNDER

Dr. Angela Sinnett

Dr. Angela Sinnett, DACM, L.Ac., is a functional fertility practitioner, master clinical herbalist, and licensed acupuncturist with over 15 years of experience. Her work bridges Traditional Chinese Medicine and modern functional medicine, focusing on uncovering the root causes of fertility challenges and creating a more personalized path to pregnancy.

— WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT

Three systems. One picture standard care never completes.

WESTERN MEDICINE

Essential. Just not the whole picture.

We rely on Western medicine's diagnostics, imaging, and medical oversight, and we coordinate with your OB/GYN or reproductive endocrinologist throughout your protocol. It's the foundation everything else builds on - it just wasn't built to keep looking once your labs come back "normal."

FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE

We test the 200+ biomarkers your OB/GYN doesn't.

Standard care runs a handful of hormone panels and calls it a workup. We test 200+ biomarkers across 16 interconnected systems - hormonal, thyroid, metabolic, nutrient, gut, and inflammatory pathways - to find the root cause hiding in plain sight.

TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE

Fertility as a whole-body pattern, not a calendar age.

Traditional Chinese Medicine has treated fertility as a whole-body pattern for thousands of years. It doesn't consider advanced maternal age until 42 - seven years past where Western medicine draws the line - because it treats the terrain, not just the birthday.

We don't choose one system over the others. Western medicine diagnoses and treats. Functional medicine finds exactly what's out of balance. Traditional Chinese Medicine brings the whole system back into a state where conception is possible. We work in the overlap of all three, because no single one was built to do what the other two do.
